Demand for SD-WAN, which is among the national communication capabilities, is increasing. Developed by ULAK Communications Inc. and offered to public and military institutions, service providers, and private communication infrastructures, the national communication system SD-WAN (Software Defined Wide Area Networking) has seen accelerated installations. According to information obtained by AA correspondent from ULAK Communications Inc., the SD-WAN solution was developed to make wide area network infrastructures more secure, easier to manage, and cost-effective. As a component of the "uMAYA" product family, the system holds the title of Türkiye's first and only national network solution, allowing institutions and organizations to centralize network management, reduce costs, and enhance performance. This technology provides flexibility by supporting different types of connections, optimizes traffic to improve application performance, and enhances network security with its security features, ensuring business continuity against interruptions. Thus, modern business requirements such as multi-branch structures and remote working can be effectively met. The project includes functions that directly impact users, such as centralized management, network abstraction, network automation, and enhanced cyber security.
